Available worldwide
T1D Babysitting is available worldwide, except in Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, where our cloud provider cannot operate, and in Russia.
You need to live where it is available
To create a profile, the address you enter must be in a country where T1D Babysitting is available. We use it only to place your profile in an approximate area. We never store your street or house number.
Finding it in the Carbetic app
In the Carbetic app, the T1D Babysitting button is at the top of the home screen. If you do not see it, make sure the app is up to date.
Distances and prices
Distances are shown in kilometres, or in miles where those are used, in bands such as "under 20 km". Rates and budgets are shown in the currency of the country where the profile is.
Languages
Both apps are available in 42 languages, and you can chat in any language you like. Our help pages and legal texts are in English and German. If your app is set to German, the apps open the German pages, and the English pages otherwise.
Local rules
Rules on household employment, minimum pay and certificates for working with children differ from country to country. The Safety Center explains how it works in Austria and Germany, with pointers for other countries. It is general information, not legal advice.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number. In every EU country, that is 112.
