Free trial and introductory offers

Free trials and introductory offers come with Carbetic plans, which you buy in the Carbetic app. T1D Babysitting by Carbetic sells no plans. A plan is only for the 3D carb counter.

Only in the Carbetic app

T1D Babysitting by Carbetic has no plans and no free trial. If a free trial or an introductory offer is available to you in the Carbetic app, you see it there before you buy.

What you see before you buy

Before you confirm, the plans screen shows the price, the period, any free trial or introductory offer, and that the plan renews automatically. Nothing is charged until you confirm the purchase with Apple or Google.

When the trial ends

The plan continues at the regular price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

What a plan is for

A plan is only for the 3D carb counter in the Carbetic app. Nothing in T1D Babysitting costs money: browsing, your profile, the ID check and messaging are free. See what a plan is for.

If you change your mind

You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google settings. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Refunds and any right of withdrawal are handled by Apple or Google.
