T1D Babysitting Help Plans & account
Refunds for Carbetic plans
When you buy a Carbetic plan in an app, you pay Apple or Google. They also handle refunds, so you ask them directly.
Why refunds go through the store
For plans bought in an app, Carbetic never sees your card details and can't send money back itself. Refunds and any right of withdrawal are handled by Apple or Google, under their terms and the law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Plans bought on iPhone or iPad
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose I'd like to, then Request a refund, and pick a reason.
- Select your Carbetic plan and submit the request.
Apple lets you know its decision.
Plans bought on Android
Google Play Help explains how refunds work on Google Play and which time limits apply.
If Google Play asks you to contact the developer, write to us at diego@carbetic.app. Include the order number from your Google Play receipt. It starts with GPA.
Cancel as well
Asking for a refund is not the same as cancelling. To be sure your plan does not renew, cancel it too.
What happens after a refund
Once Apple or Google refunds a plan, it no longer counts on your account, and the 3D carb counter in the Carbetic app is locked. T1D Babysitting is not affected: your conversations stay and messaging stays free.
Deleting your account is not a refund
Deleting your network account, or all your Carbetic data, does not cancel or refund a plan. We keep purchase records for up to 400 days after your plan ends, so that refunds and disputes can still be handled.
Plans bought on carbetic.app
You can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason: email diego@carbetic.app. If you asked for access straight away, you pay only for the time until you told us, and we refund the rest within 14 days.
