Cancel your plan
Carbetic plans renew automatically until you cancel them. You cancel in the store where you bought the plan: the App Store or Google Play. For a plan bought on carbetic.app, email diego@carbetic.app. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Good to know: Deleting the app, leaving the network or deleting your account does not cancel a plan.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose your Carbetic plan.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose your Carbetic plan.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then it ends and does not renew.
- The 3D carb counter in the Carbetic app ends at the same time.
- Messaging in T1D Babysitting stays free.
- Your profile, favourites and reviews stay as they are.
Want your money back?
