A person reads and answers every message. You can write to us in German or English.

Plans, your account and deleting

In either app, open Profile and tap Contact support. In the Carbetic app, tap the T1D Babysitting button at the top of the home screen first. Or email diego@carbetic.app.

It helps if you include:

your account ID, from Profile, Account, Your account ID (tap Copy);
which app you use, and whether it's on iPhone or Android;
what happened and what you have already tried;
a screenshot, if you have one.

Safety concerns and reports

To report a profile, a message, a photo or a review, use Report right where you see it. A person reviews every report, normally within 24 hours. If an ID-verified member reports that a child may be at risk, or threats of violence, the reported account is hidden at once while we look into it.

You can also email safety@carbetic.app, even without an account. The Safety Center has meeting tips and help numbers.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number. In the EU that is 112. In Austria you can also call 144 (ambulance) or 133 (police), in Germany 110 (police).

Payments and refunds

Apple and Google handle payments and refunds for Carbetic plans bought in an app; for a plan bought on carbetic.app, write to diego@carbetic.app. Refunds for Carbetic plans has the steps. If you're unsure, write to us and we'll point you to the right place.

Authorities

Authorities and courts can reach us at legal@carbetic.app, in German or English.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your password, your card details or a photo of your ID by email or in the chat. Please don't send them. If someone asks you for them in Carbetic's name, report it to safety@carbetic.app.
